I think you need to have lower calorie and lower fat items. I saw on the Today show and it stated a turkey burger has approx 2300 calories and and over 100 grams of fat. Turkey burgers are advertised as being healthy. I think that is just unreal and pittiful. I had rather eat at home and cook my own food, that way I know how much fat and calories I am actually consuming.

Does it take a Rocket Scientist to figure out that....those who want more salt may add it at the table, but for those who are limiting their salt for health reasons cannot remove it once it is added to the receipt, which is prepared at who knows where. Yesterday I tried to eat at Ruby Tuesday's and could only eat half the white chicken chili for fear of too much salt. I have tried the chicken pot pie which would be delicious if I could remove the salt. Yes I could have only salad but sometimes (especially in cold weather) you would like to have something else. And speaking of Salad brings the next big complaint. One has to nearly break your arm to get to items on the salad bar because of the oversized glass that hangs over the food. If you attempt to reach them you drag sleeves in the food. How clean is that? Does anybody read and listen to these comments?

This evening we went for salad and soup. The dishes stacked by the salad bar were all dirty. After telling the staff, they brought us two more dirty dishes to eat our salad on. Silverware was also dirty. Dust on the dividers. None of this makes me want to ever eat there again. Good place to acquire salmonella. A good inspection by the board of health would be a good start.

We had Very poor service when we were eventually acknowledged. The steaks were tasty when we were finally able to chew through. The veggies were cold. This is the only time I've been treated so poorly in an eating establishment. The bill was wrong. We tipped our waiter, as it seems he didn't know any better. Hopefully he didn't have to split with the girl who SLAMMED our food down. Other patrons were quite perturbed with their service also. This was at Tyrone Mall - St.Petersburg, Fl. We're native Floridians and not used to being treated so negatively - MEAN-MEAN-MEAN.

I recently took my family to the resturant at Colonial Mall in Greenville NC. I selected the Rib/Chicken Wing Special that came with whipped potatoes/cheese and broccoli/cheese. I can't eat cheese and requested a baked potato and green beans. To my astonishment, the manager came to my table and explained that she could arrange to get me the potato but that she could not switch the broccoli to green beans because the menu selection was a special. It comes down to this - If a Resturant Manager has no athority to switch vegies for a coustomer on one of the more expensive menu selections, can it be done at Corperate Level ? I think I'll spend my money at a resterant that can handle this at the waiter level- I don't need the hassel !

On Jan. 17 2008 I and a guest ate at one of your restaurants in O'fallon Mo.The food is always very good,but on this evening the service was terrible. The waiter we had never picked up any dirty dishes until after we finished eating, then he only picked up the dinner plate.He did come back and asked how the food was but he never asked if we wanted refills on our drinks. When I received our check it had a survey attached.When I paid the check he did not return the survey portion portion of the check. I could understand it if the waitresses and waiters were very busy, but there was only two other customers in the restaurant.As we were leaving there was about eight waiters and waitresses all standing near the door talking. I hope this was a one time only. We have been to this restaurant before and the service was not this bad. I am not looking for anything free, I just thought you would like to know.

I just returned for the local Ruby's and I am very upset about the wait time at this location. It seems that everytime we dine at this facility we have a excessively long wait, for our food. It appears that; the kitchen is either undersized to handle the load, you do not have enough cooks, or it is poor management. Their is a Chilis in the same shopping area and we tend to patronize it more often, because they seem to have service down. I suggest either you send your cooks or management over to Chilis to see if they can provide you tips on how to feed your customers in a timley manner.

we enjoy going to the suffolk ruby tuesday restaurant because we find ample parking and get seated quickly. all the waitreses are courteous and polite. I have one recommendation, due to the length of the sneeze shield I have a hard time reaching the veggies at the back of the service bar, if you had longer "TONGS" that would make it easier to reach those hard to get to veggies.

On Saturday March 15th I took my ailing father to Ruby's on Summit Street in Columbus Ohio. At approx. 8:00pm I went to use the urinal in the mens room. While discharging urine I heard loud breathing. To my utter shock and horror, when I turned towards the aforementioned noise I saw a man peering at my penis from atop one of the stalls in the bathroom. I believe he was masturbating as his face was sweating profusely and red in color. I stopped urinating immediately, zipped up my pants and quickly made for the washroom exit. The young man emerged from the stall and asked me to "hold-on a second". Despite me continuing towards the door he caught up to me, introduced himself as Grant - extended his hand for me to shake (which I declined) and explained that he was a member of the Hudson Street Homosexuals (which was confirmed by the shirt he was wearing). The group apparently were having a members meeting in the basement that night??? I quickly beckoned to my elderly father that we must pay the bill and leave immediately but he protested and told me a well dressed young man had invited him down to a petting zoo in the basement. I thought I must of mis-understood him but he then added that he first wanted to go downstairs and feed the sheep and gerbils. I paid the bill, left a handsome tip on the table (the food and service was absolutely divine) and we left the establishment, somewhat surprised at the clientele (not the restaraunts fault) but none the worse for the wear. We'll be sure to come back again I love Ruby Tuesdays, best prime burger in town!

Hi there folks! Thanks for giving me an opportunity to talk to you about my experience today at your resturant in Stafford, VA on Garrisonville Road. First, I am in Human Resources and take a group of employees to lunch at different times during each month and the group I took today was young, hip, and I knew would appreciate going to Ruby's. I have frequented your resturant and found it to be usually "above par" and so I settled on your Garrisonville Resturant. When I take employees to lunch they are told they can order what they wish, and the company will pick up the tab. That is what I did today. I had four women with me..(and I am a woman). The greeting was warm, and we were shown to a table far away from the smoking section as we requested. The first unfortunate event was that the tables we were seated at had plastic white table cloths on them, but both the table cloth in front of my clothes (hanging over the edges)and the table cloth hanging over the edge so my employee was facing it had severe goop on them. We asked and the most offensive one was removed and replaced graciously by the waitress....Then I open my napkin to obtain my silverware....the knife was so disgustingly dirty I actually laughed...I couldn't believe anyone would have folded that dirty knife into a new napkin to offer to guests! We mentioned that as well, and she graciously took it away and got me another set from the table next to us. Let me say now....I am 62 and I hate, hate, hate to complain....I don't like to complain about bad service, and I don't like to complain about poor management, or incompetence...but you guys have what I would classify as a problem with the way that resturant is being run! OK...after these two things...we settled in to have appetizers and soft drinks...while we waited for out meal...the drinks we ordered three of we the new highly advertised lemondade with pomagrante or strawberry...One of our people asked if they were overly sweet..."no" was the reply. OK...so we get these drinks...and the reply was certainly right! I will right now bet my next meal on the fact that NONE of these drinks had ANY SUGAR whatsoever...NO SWEETENER of any kind. As one of the people said, "it felt like your face was being pulled inside out." Whoever was in charge of making these drinks HAD to have made them with lemon, water and whatever flavoring was requested....NO SUGAR! Now, I don't like really sweet drinks nor did the other two people...but these drinks WERE NOT DRINKABLE...Again, I found myself in the position of having to "complain". The waitress was very nice and said they would be removed from our bill. Good thing because I must admit...I was getting somewhat annoyed by the slap dash way everything in your resturant appeared to be handled.... OK, OK...I told myself....fine...we will have our meal and it will be fine. I ordered the chicken salad...someone had the prime burger with fries, and two others had shrimp salad and one other had soup and salad bar....The only one that was prepared well was the salad from the buffet. My salad was old...and the bacon was rancid..the chicken was dry and cold...and the salad dressing which I had asked to be "on the side" was older and almost rancid. Come on! you should be able to do better than this! The person who had the burger did not complain about the burger, but her fries were stone cold...and the two ladies with the shrimp and fish did not care for the "freshness" of either the shrimp or the fish. The woman who got the salad bar and the cup of soup was fine...of course she was the one that had the dirty tablecloth rubbing against her clothes when we first sat down. OK, OK.....every place has an off day, right? The waitress was trying! So we order dessert.....Six of us and we decided to split one chocolate cake and one blonde brownie...simple right? We would all have a bite and then go back to the office....Blonde brownie with fudge and carmel sauce...with ice cream and cake with choc. sauce and ice cream. We waited and waited and waited and waited...a good twenty minutes...While we were waiting a woman with blond hair came over and asked if we needed boxes...Yes...we could use one for the half of the hamburger....no one else wanted to take anything...."OK", she said, I'll take it to the kitchen and have it boxed up. After she had left we all asked why we just couldn't have a box...but then...what do we know? OK, OK...about another fifteen minutes and the waitress comes over and says, "well, I see the manager came over and apologized for the wait on your dessert." "No", I said, "all we have seen is the young girl who took her hamburger to box.." "she didn't tell you she was sorry that your dessert was going to be late because she was going to have to go to the grocery store and get ice cream for your dessert since we didn't have any?" I gotta tell you I was stunned! Now, I have spent a looooonge time in your resturant...and NO ONE mentioned to us that there would be more of a wait since your staff felt like they had to go to the grocery store and buy ice cream because no one had told them they were out? No one asked if we could wait...No one told us anything...except when the waitress came and told us that the manager had gone to the store to get ice cream!....So we wait about ten or fifteen minutes more...and here comes the manager with the two desserts without the ice cream...and on the wrong plates...the carmel and fudge for the blonde brownie was on the cake plate! And then she says, "I'm sorry ladies, but the ice cream will be coming up soon...I had to go to the store and buy some...we didn't have any available...so here is your dessert...and we will bring the ice cream in a little while...sorry about the wait." I could not believe it! I really couldn't! Talk about a poorly run establishment! So...we waited some more...for the hamburger to be brought back with a box...and the ice cream...at least six more minutes...and I told the employees I had brought to lunch..."we are leaving." I went up to the front...no one was around or coming out with our ice cream...I explained to a young man that we were ready to go...and he asked our waitress name...I had no idea...or the manager either....Well, he took the bill back to the manager and he came out and said she was "figuring" it up and would have it for us in a while...When she came out with it she said, "gee, I was getting ready to bring your ice cream when you all started to leave. As you can see I took off the drinks (no one drank)...and the dessert (which never completely got to the table")....I believe I was not rude...thanked her and signed for the bill....Without the drinks and without the dessert it cost my company $84.70 (plus a $10.00 tip because I didn't want to punish the waitress). Now I have to tell you guys...THAT IS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SERVICE ...THE WORST SET UP, THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD AT A RESTURANT...BAR NONE....EVER! I AM STILL COMPLETELY BAFFLED THAT YOU PEOPLE HAVE PUT SO MUCH TIME AND EFFORT INTO REVITILIZING YOUR RESTURANTS...HAVE AN ATTRATIVE MENU AND APPARENTLY DO CARE WHAT YOU SERVE....AND WE ENDED UP PAYING $84.70 PLUS TIP FOR AN ALL AROUND BAD MEAL...INEFFECTIVE, UNORGANIZED AND BOTTOM OF THE BARREL STAFF! I was at ruby tuesday on 4/19/08 and was not happy with my waiter he was very redue to us. when we tried to ask a queestion about the menu he was very snap with us. I reacently went on a weekend visit to dublin ga.we stayed at the holiday inn there because in the parking lot close by there was a ruby tuesday we went to diner about 7:30 pm there we were seated very politely our order was taken our food came out in about 35 minutes i ordered coffee i did not no it was a for biden thing it was ice cold needless to say no one ever came back i finaly got up to see if i could get warm coffee but i was blocked in they had seated a ball team of 30 people around us but they were not told by any one they were not still on the ball field any more not ruby tuesdays fault i can let it go this was the worst seating i have ever had in a resturant but i finaly had to get up and start out the door to top off the experance i found a manager who ask me rudely why i did not pay at the table i did not no that you paid at the table no one ever came back this had to be the most terrible zxperence i have ever paid $50.00 for unreal but i could not let it go without someone noing thanks maybe this will make a difference wanda price 339. n. orange st. eufaula al.36026

I really don't care for your food. I its over priced and usually I not satisified when I leave. If I enjoy the food I don't mind paying. My wife gave me a gift card in january and it took me until now to use it. I had the the crelo catch. It was great. On our recent trip to Florida, we had dinner at Ruby Tuesdays 1480 Sniders Hiway Waltersburg South Carolina. The restaurant was hosting a senior prom that night and was crowded so we opted to sit at the bar. I orderes a steak cooked Medium rare. When it arrived, one side was overdone (well) and the other side was underdone (rare). The meat was extremely salty. I asked the waitress to take it back and get me another cooked medium rare and told her I had High blood pressure so ask the chef to leave off the seasonings. She returned my original steak and said sorry about that it's the way they season all their steaks. Then she walked away and returned with the bill. Needless to say I couldn't eat my meal. My wife hd ordered a Margarita which was prepared by our waitress who needed a bar book in order to mix the drink. The drink was horrible. I paid the $38.00 tab with two twenties and the the bartender (I was told she was the manager)put the change in the tip container wihout asking if I needed change. I asked her for my change and that I left no tip because we were extremely disappointed with the meal and the service. She went into the tip container and got my change, dropped it on the bar in front of me and said 'Sorry bout that' then walked away. I've eaten at Rubys on numerous occasions in just about every state we travelled through and have never been treated this poorly. Thank youfor letting me sound off. I have never had such a bad dining experience as I did at the Ellijay, Ga. restaurant. Your management leaves a lot to be desired and your success in this county is questionable. I had unfortunate experience traveling through russellville, ark. today and stopping to eat at their local ruby tuesday. service was adequate, but food was horrible. steak was ordered medium-arrived extremely rare and bloody. other food items were not prepared for consumption. sorry they are starting out this way.

I ate at Ruby Tuesday on Tuesday night and had the salad bar. I took what I thought was a potato salad and it was a Waldorf Salad instead. I am highly allergic to nuts and luckily spit them out and did not ingest them. I believe that Ruby Tuesday should post signs stating what the item is so that this does not happen to anyone else and further more so nothing more serious will occur.

I was at the Anderson, In. location last night. I visit the Ruby Tuesday often. But last night I had the worst experience. The food and service was great but the other employees were very rude and upset and the people in the kitchen were cussing through the doors. I could not find a manager to express my concerns. Just wanted to let you know I have great memories being at Ruby Tuesday on a Thanksgiving weekend - must have been the mid 1970s - and watching my folks dance to "It's 3 o'clock in the Morning."
